We at PRGPrinting take your privacy very seriously and do all that we can to respect it. We will never disclose your private information to any third party without your expressed permission to do so. That said, should any legatimate legal action involving you come to our door, we will always comply with said legal action to the best of our ability. We may also have a legal obligation to disclose some personal information to third parties that have a need/right to know that information. For example: our payment processor may require us to send them identification information about you for fraud prevention purposes - this will be done.
We also do maintain your contact information in our database to facilitate contact with your regarding prints you have ordered from us and to facilitate shipping of said prints.
